Both and. We have professional craftsmen employed by us to ensure that we always deliver high quality goods to our customers. At the same time, we work with work inclusion, and for many participants it is important both to have the opportunity to show their competence and to take part in meaningful tasks. Thus, the participants are often involved in production - and that means that by buying products from us, you not only contribute to a strengthened societal circular economy, but you also contribute to people living on the outside getting one step closer to work.
We mostly operate with hourly prices, but we are happy to give you a fixed price based on the scope of the service. We have professional employees with a long experience in their trade with us, but you can still count on us to be competitive and below the average craftsman in price.
Yes! We always try to find good solutions for our customers. If we cannot help you directly, we may be able to refer you to someone who can.
Yes! Our workshops are largely furnished with used machines and equipment, and much of the materials we use in production come from reuse, waste and excess stock. We try to use as many used materials as possible in production, with this depending on the customer's wishes.
Absolutely! Our craftsmen are professionals and process used materials themselves to look new. We always adapt to the customer's wishes, and if the customer specifically requests new materials or we do not have access to sufficient used materials, we supplement with new ones.
Our workshops are open weekdays at 8-16.
It is important to us that the customer is satisfied. If not, contact us - and we will find a solution!

People who are in a race with NAV can use our competence module. This is agreed with NewUse, the supervisor and the participant himself.
No, all participants must apply through a supervisor at NAV or equivalent.
You as a private person and participant do not have to pay for a place with us. It is NAV, municipalities or similar actors that cover this expense. You must cover any transport costs yourself. In addition, we encourage you to wear your own work clothes. This helps us to reduce purchases and consumption.
No. It is a common misunderstanding that we offer permanent arranged work (VTA) or paid internships with us. As a participant in NewUse, you will still receive regular payments from NAV, the municipality or a similar operator.
No, basically we do not offer certification. In some cases, however, we are helpful in referring others for certification.
As a rule, we do not hire after completed training, but we will help you further into a company within your field of expertise. You are therefore not guaranteed a job, but your opportunities can be significantly greater if you complete the mapping and training process with us.
All our participants are unique and so are their races. There is no "quick-fix" for the permanent inclusion of those who are outside, and we believe that by tailoring individual races for each individual participant, opportunities on the job market are strengthened. Prerequisites, goals and efforts lay the foundation for the individual.
Most participants are with us from Monday to Friday, at 9-15. Exceptions apply to participants who go to school or take part in other training, practice or the like. The week contains a combination of practical and theoretical mapping and training. The specific subject content is individual, but often consists of practical and theoretical craftsmanship, HSE, working life education, digital competence and language - in addition to much more.
